Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Piplaj, Ahmedabad, India, measuring nearly 2,25,000 sq. ft. The facility includes an assembly shop, paint shop, fabrication shop, and a testing and design centre.
To ensure an easy and efficient manufacturing process, the assembly area is divided into three sections based on product group – drying & blending, conveying and heat transfer; with separate areas for incoming/outgoing inspection, paint shop, stores, fabrication shop, etc. We have a total closed-loop system right from material procurement to the dispatch of final equipment, with close monitoring of each process to ensure quality of the final product. Our organization is SAP-enabled for fully integrated functionality across all business functions.
