Jon Lashley

Jon joined PiovanGroup North America in December 2013 and has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his appointment as Chief Operating Officer in April 2025. As COO, he leads regional operations and technology functions across multiple North American business units, driving efficiency, innovation, and alignment with strategic goals. He focuses on operational excellence and digital transformation—optimizing resources, strengthening productivity, controlling costs, and improving profitability.

Before joining the PiovanGroup, Jon led IT for Resco Products, Inc., supporting a global manufacturer of refractory products, and spent 12 years with Maxim Crane Works, L.P., in IT leadership roles. He holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems and an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group and ASUG.
