Bob Puleo

Director of Operations

Bob is responsible for all manufacturing and manufacturing support operations at Conair.  Prior to his current role, Bob served as the Continuous Improvement Manager for IPEG.  In that role he worked to integrate the principles of Lean throughout the entire IPEG organization.  Before coming to IPEG, Bob worked in the label and packaging industry for over 25 years serving in a variety of roles from Operations manager to President and CFO.  He has a background in engineering and finance as well as being a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Value Methodology Associate.
